Our Order Process
The minimum order size for custom sports kit is 10 garments.
The order process consists of the following stages: customer requirements and design; material selection and fit; confirmation of garment sizes and quantity; manufacture and delivery.
Belief Sports gives you the choice of standard or express delivery options to ensure that you get your custom sportswear at the time that suits you best.
Standard Delivery
The lead time on standard delivery is 6 to 8 weeks. Once you have checked and approved your order, its production will be booked in at our factory and it’s at this point that the delivery period begins.
Express Delivery
If you need your custom kit order sooner, the lead time on express delivery is just 3 to 4 weeks. A surcharge is payable for this service, and express delivery is subject to the manufacturing availability of our factory.
Tracking Your Order
Once accepted, the progress of your order is fully trackable from beginning to end, so you’ll always know where your custom sports kit is right up to the point that you receive from our courier. All you need to do is provide us with a mobile phone number or email address and we’ll message with updates. We can tie deliveries down to a one-hour slot so you’ll know exactly when to expect your sportswear.
For international delivery, our couriers are UPS and DHL.
UK tracked delivery by DPD to multiple addresses (and free to 1 destination) costs £7.50
Product Warranty and Returns
Every item of custom sportswear we produce is protected by a six month product warranty.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty custom garment from us we will happily exchange it, provided it is returned within 5 days of delivery.
